Facilitating Peace is a consulting network
offering services in international peacemaking, peacebuilding, and post-conflict reconciliation. We believe that peace is a human right and that all members of society – women, men, and youth – have the right to be represented in peacemaking and peacebuilding efforts.

Our Associates are internationally recognized experts with hands-on experience in countries such as Afghanistan, Bosnia, Central African Republic, Colombia, Comoros, Cyprus, Estonia, Georgia, Indonesia, Iraq, Israel/Palestine, Nepal, Russia, Senegal, Sudan, Uganda and Zimbabwe. We offer services  in international mediation, negotiation, dialogue processes, problem-solving workshops, engendering peace processes to ensure women’s participation, training, conflict analysis, assessment, and monitoring and evaluation.  We  have worked at all levels of society and with a wide list of stakeholders, including civil society, youth, women’s organizations, faith-based groups, government and opposition leaders, and rebel movements.

Facilitating Peace offers services to those working to prevent, manage, and transform conflicts at the community, national, and international levels.  Because we recognize that the issues being addressed by our clients are complex and differ from one situation to the next, Facilitating Peace offers custom-designed services tailored to meet the needs of the client.
